Preschool

Today was the day! Ella started morning preschool. She was sooo eager and couldn't hide it. Last week we went to the preschool open house to check it out and show her the classroom and meet the teacher...since then she asks everyday "Is today preschool?" She got a new backpack and "school" shoes (i.e. Hannah Montana shoes) to gear up. The ride over she informed Mariah, her cousin, that Mommies don't stay at preschool, it's just for kids.
She walked right into her classroom with no fear. Then the teacher assisted her in finding her cubby and coat/backpack hook. Then I said goodbye and kissed her..she had a nervous smile at this point but no tears shed! Can't wait to hear all about her morning! She is turning into a little lady...exciting, scary and sad all at the same time!
